This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about the financial services training landscape and wants to make a meaningful impact on workforce capability development in Singapore's financial sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for course enrolments and revenue.

. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, needs assessment, proposal, and negotiation to close.

. Develop and present compelling course proposals and customised learning solutions to meet client workforce development needs.

Client Relationship Management

. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and L&D stakeholders in the banking and financial services sector.

. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

. Conduct regular client engagement meetings, post-training reviews, and account management activities.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

. Monitor industry trends, IBF funding developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

. Stay current on MAS regulations, IBF Skills Framework updates, and SkillsFuture funding schemes relevant to financial sector training.

. Provide feedback to the product and curriculum team on market demands and client needs.

Reporting & Administration

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.

. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

. Coordinate with the operations and training delivery teams to ensure seamless course fulfilment.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualifications & Experience

. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

. At least 3-5 years of B2Bsales experience, preferably in the training, education, or financial services industry.

. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

. Existing network within the banking and financial services sector in Singapore is a strong advantage.

. Familiarity with IBF accreditation, SkillsFuture funding, and MAS-recognised training frameworks is highly preferred.

. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
