As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking a motivated Community Specialist to join our events team. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities with a primary focus on community engagement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active online/offline exhibitor or sponsor engagement
• Assist in research and setting up meetings/appointments
• Assist in partnership development
• Assist in event marketing and promotion to achieve strong audience participation
• Assist in execution of upcoming events
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Any relevant qualification from a reputable University
• Organised and problem solving skills (e.g. analytical, creative thinking, etc.)
• Willing to learn, proactive, meticulous and responsible
• Confident and able to hold conversations with colleagues and industry professionals
