We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive customer engagement, support business growth and manage key accounts. You will be the bridge between our clients, internal teams and vendors, ensuring excellent service delivery and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day customer requirements and requests.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Conduct client visits with proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product food samples and food menu development.
- Plan and organize food tasting sessions and product demonstrations.
- Source products and brands to meet customer needs.
- Track product usage and generate reports using analytic tools.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain high service standards.
- Support global lounge sales and special projects.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and operational compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in sales, business development or client management (food service or hospitality preferred).
- Strong customer relationship and aftersales skills.
- Business development and negotiation experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
