What You'll Do

. Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
. Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients across various industries
. Pitch tailored telco and digital solutions to meet clients operational and growth needs
. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers
. Collaborate with internal teams to structure compelling proposals and close deals
. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
. Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)
. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
. Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with outreach and rejection
. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth and performance
