1) Business Development
- Identify and develop new clients and project opportunities
- Build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers, and contractors
- Promote company products and conduct presentations
- Monitor market trends and explore new opportunities
2) Project & Specification Support
- Work with consultants to secure product specifications
- Support early-stage project planning and design discussions
- Prepare presentation and marketing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support
3) Client Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Follow up on project progress and opportunities
- Attend meetings, networking events, and presentations
4) Sales Coordination
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to convert leads into orders
- Share project updates and client information with the sales team
5) Others
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales (construction/building materials industry)
- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of lighting products is an advantage
