Position: Business Development Executive (PHV)
(Transport Allowance provided & Recurring Commission)

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients for long-term leasing solutions (corporate & individual).
- Develop strategies to grow the customer base and meet sales targets.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, contracts, and quotations.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations on pricing and positioning.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- N level and above.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or leasing will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a driving license

Location: Ubi (near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Saturday (9am to 1pm)
Salary Basic: $1500 (differs for experienced)
