1. Proactive Outreach & Demand Generation (B2B)
Execute outbound call campaigns targeting industrial customers to identify and promote upgrade opportunities.
Qualify customer needs through consultative conversation and handle objections to build interest in the latest equipment solutions.
Guide interested customers through the initial inquiry phase to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales team.
2. Lead Management & Appointment Setting
Convert qualified prospects into confirmed appointments for the Account Management team.
Manage the routing of leads and appointments, ensuring high conversion rates through meticulous follow-up.
Facilitate a seamless handoff of inbound leads from Sales Admin, ensuring zero lead leakage and timely AM responsiveness.
3. CRM Administration & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions, call notes, and lead statuses within the CRM.
Provide weekly activity reports highlighting KPIs, pipeline health, and market feedback regarding upgrade barriers.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring customer pain points or competitive trends.
Professional Experience: 1-2 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or B2B customer service. Experience in equipment-based industries is a distinct advantage.
Technical Proficiency: Competency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to articulate value propositions and handle complex objections persuasively.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to qualify leads, manage a high-volume call list, and meet monthly appointment/activity KPIs.
