Job Description

Tekun Hardware Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based marine hardware and industrial supplies company serving shipyards, marine engineering companies, offshore sectors, and industrial clients.

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to support sales growth, customer relationship management, and market expansion initiatives in Singapore and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with marine, offshore, and industrial clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and sales channels
  • Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support regional business development initiatives in Southeast Asia
  • Participate in industry networking, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Maintain customer databases and sales reporting

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and sales-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marine, industrial, B2B sales, or technical products is an advantage
  • Candidates with regional business development interest are encouraged to apply
