We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase services and solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SEA region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
