Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-up to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, engineering, marketing) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing and sales materials.
- Track and report business development activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in business development or sales B2B or technical/industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Proficiency in English other languages (e.g., Mandarin) are an added advantage.
