Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate Relationship Management
. Prospecting for new accounts using various sales approaches.
. Identifying and pursing new business opportunities to increase
revenue and expand the customer base.
. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new clients,
understanding their business objectives and preferences.
2. Onboard Suppliers as Strategic Partners
. Collaborate with procurement teams to identify and onboard new
suppliers as strategic partners.
. Work closely with suppliers to ensure seamless integration into our
supply chain and enhance variety and quality of our product/service
offerings.
3. Account Planning And Strategy
. Developing and implementing account plans aligned with both the
client and our Company's business goals
. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross selling of
our diverse offerings.
. Assisting clients in planning pantry selection, events and selecting
pop-up or catering menus for their pantry needs.
4. Cross Functional Collaboration
. Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless
delivery of products/services to key accounts.
. Provide valuable feedback to internal teams based on client's needs
and market trends
5. Performance Analysis
. Monitor key account metrics and provide weekly reports to assess
effectiveness of account strategies.
. Analyse data to identify trends and proactively address any
challenges or opportunities.
