Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive from the Private Education / Training sector to lead student enrolment and corporate training sales. The role focuses on driving corporate growth, revenue and strengthening partnerships within Singapore's education and training ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage end-to-end sales activities for academic programmes and/or professional training courses
. Drive enrolment targets and corporate training revenue in line with business goals
. Execute sales strategies aligned with SSG / PEI regulatory requirements
. Achieve monthly and annual KPIs
. Ensure prompt follow-ups, conversion tracking, and pipeline management
. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the education sector
. Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and forecasts to management
. Cold Calling on companies will be required at times.
Requirements
. Mandatory: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the Private Education or Training sector in Singapore
. Proven track record in student enrolment sales and/or corporate training sales
. Strong understanding of Singapore SSG / PEI operating environment and compliance considerations
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
. Target-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on leadership style
. Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
