We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will help develop new business opportunities, build client relationships and promote our M&E services to developers, main contractors, consultants, building owners and facility managers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify new business opportunities across the industrial, commercial, residential, government, hospitality and airport sectors.
• Approach potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand project requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, tender submissions and company presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and tenders to convert them into projects.

Account Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling across our three service lines.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal project, engineering and service teams to address client requirements.

Market Development

• Research upcoming projects, tenders and potential clients in the Singapore market.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and client needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Attend industry exhibitions, seminars and networking events.

Reporting & Administration

• Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads and opportunities.
• Prepare regular business development reports for management.
• Support management in planning and executing business development strategies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Building Services, Project and Facilities Management or a related discipline.
2. Internship or part-time experience in sales, customer service or the construction industry is an advantage but not required.
3. Genuine interest in the construction sector and willingness to learn technical basics.
4. Confident communicator who enjoys building professional relationships.
5. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
7. Able to work independently and with internal teams.
8. Good command of written and spoken English.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
10. Willing to travel within Singapore for client meetings and site visits.
