As a key player in our Partner Growth segment, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of our publisher network, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and leveraging our leading-edge AnyManager platform to unlock massive revenue potential. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader in AdTech who is ready to close high-value deals and cultivate long-term, strategic partnerships across Asia's dynamic digital landscape.
What You'll Do
Drive aggressive revenue growth by crafting and implementing dynamic sales strategies to expand the publisher network and consistently surpass quarterly and annual performance goals.
Spearhead new business development through proactive prospecting, identifying and acquiring new publishers with a focus on app acquisition, delivering tailored pitches, and closing high-value partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for clients, cultivating long-term partnerships, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the seamless integration of AnyManager to maximize client satisfaction and monetization.
Leverage performance analytics to identify revenue optimization opportunities, delivering data-driven recommendations that elevate client monetization strategies and unlock untapped potential.
Generate detailed performance reports and present strategic insights to the Managing Director of Publisher Growth, aligning sales initiatives with overarching business growth objectives.
Who You Are
Proven hands-on experience in AdTech, programmatic ecosystems, or digital publishing, with a dual focus on sales leadership and strategic account management.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets, coupled with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and deliver outstanding client service.
Understanding of various programmatic ad formats and tools, targeting options for demand and supply sides, and campaign optimization techniques.
Experience in mobile app acquisition and monetization strategies, highly preferred.
