Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance toclients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Communicate with clients to understandrequirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and buildrelationships with potential clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service by handlinginquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to alignsales activities with company objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, andthe competitive landscape
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on salesactivities, customer feedback, and market conditions
  • Assist in developing and executing salesstrategies to achieve or exceed targets

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering,or a related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing orengineering industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, andcustomer service skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in atechnical sales environment
  • Comfortable working with international clientsand occasional international travelling for client visits
