Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance toclients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively
- Communicate with clients to understandrequirements and propose suitable solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and buildrelationships with potential clients
- Deliver excellent customer service by handlinginquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to alignsales activities with company objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, andthe competitive landscape
- Prepare and submit regular reports on salesactivities, customer feedback, and market conditions
- Assist in developing and executing salesstrategies to achieve or exceed targets
Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering,or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing orengineering industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, andcustomer service skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in atechnical sales environment
- Comfortable working with international clientsand occasional international travelling for client visits
