We're Hiring | Business Development Executive – BIM & Construction

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing BIM & Construction startup and help us expand our client base in the AEC industry.

Experience: 2–3 years

Salary: 3–3.5 LPA + Performance Incentives

Location: Nagavara , Bangalore

Type: Full-time

What you'll be doing:

• Generate and qualify B2B leads

• Identify construction, architecture, engineering and real-estate prospects

• Connect with decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn and email

• Pitch our BIM & construction services

• Schedule client meetings and understand requirements

• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team

• Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly sales/business development targets

What we're looking for:

2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development

Experience in BIM, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Interiors or Real Estate is a strong advantage

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach

Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills

Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a startup environment

This is a sales-focused role — we're looking for someone who enjoys finding prospects, speaking with decision-makers and closing business.
