Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop and deliver customized solution-focused presentations and independently conduct product or system demonstrations.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Oversee and grow relationships with allocated client accounts.
  • Draft proposals, prepare RFP responses, tender submissions, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams-including product development and professional services-to provide solutions that align with client requirements and expectations.
  • Update and maintain accurate sales pipeline data within CRM systems and generate relevant reports.
  • Engage and collaborate with partners offering complementary products or services.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in software (SaaS) or business service solutions.
  • Proven ability to sell to HR leaders and/or senior executives.
  • Knowledge of HR software, HR workflows, or payroll outsourcing solutions is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred relevant B2B sales experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and website management (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
