Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and deliver customized solution-focused presentations and independently conduct product or system demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Oversee and grow relationships with allocated client accounts.
- Draft proposals, prepare RFP responses, tender submissions, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams-including product development and professional services-to provide solutions that align with client requirements and expectations.
- Update and maintain accurate sales pipeline data within CRM systems and generate relevant reports.
- Engage and collaborate with partners offering complementary products or services.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in software (SaaS) or business service solutions.
- Proven ability to sell to HR leaders and/or senior executives.
- Knowledge of HR software, HR workflows, or payroll outsourcing solutions is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree preferred relevant B2B sales experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and website management (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
