Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate offices, hotels, shopping malls, retail outlets, hospitals, schools and industrial sites
• Promote and sell hygiene and washroom services contracts
• Conduct site visits and assess client washroom requirements
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for renewals and upselling
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in related sales (facility services, hygiene, cleaning services, or related field preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Valid driver's license (if required for site visits)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
