Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect new leads through targeted outreach strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Analyze potential clients cleaning needs and conduct market research to develop competitive proposals.
- Develop compelling sales materials and presentations to showcase service offerings and close deals.
- Attend tender interviews and follow up with tender requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine service offerings.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with contract requirements and client expectations.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably with experience in Facilities Management.
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CRM experience will be advantageous.
- Skilled communicator adept at fostering relationships.
- Proactive and outgoing personality with a sharp eye for opportunities.
- Self-motivated and tenacious, with the ability to work independently.
