Job Description

Join us as a Business Development Executive in the facilities services industry, focused on growing our client base, strengthening partnerships, and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect new leads through targeted outreach strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Analyze potential clients cleaning needs and conduct market research to develop competitive proposals.
  • Develop compelling sales materials and presentations to showcase service offerings and close deals.
  • Attend tender interviews and follow up with tender requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with contract requirements and client expectations.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably with experience in Facilities Management.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • CRM experience will be advantageous.
  • Skilled communicator adept at fostering relationships.
  • Proactive and outgoing personality with a sharp eye for opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, with the ability to work independently.
