Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the apparel retail market
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and corporate clients
Plan and execute business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and brand visibility
Conduct market research and analyse competitors to identify trends and potential growth areas
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients and partners
Work closely with internal teams to support product positioning, campaigns, and sales initiatives
Participate in marketing activities, promotional events, and networking opportunities
Track performance metrics and provide regular updates and recommendations to management

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or retail-related roles
Familiarity with the fashion or apparel retail industry will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Able to understand market trends and contribute to business growth strategies
Comfortable with basic reporting and use of standard office tools
