Business Development Executive (Partnership)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and expand partnership networks.
  • Identify and onboard potential partners to support business growth and market expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive joint business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, delivery) to support partner activities.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, agreements, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Track partner performance and provide regular reporting and analysis.
  • Organize and support partner events, trainings, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company partnership frameworks and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in partnership, business development, or channel management (Fresh graduates with strong potential are also considered).
  • Understanding of SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must for internal discussions and coordination.
