Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing company products/services.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate appointments and conversions.
Maintain an updated database of contacts, ensuring effective pipeline management.
Handle objections and provide accurate product/service information professionally.
Business Development & Sales
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Attend networking events, corporate meetings, and industry trade shows to generate leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and business development activities.
Requirements:
Experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and handle client objections effectively.
Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome! Training will be provided.
