Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and Acquiring New Business:This includes actively seeking out potential clients, conducting market research, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets or segments within the restaurant industry.
  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers in restaurants, hotels, and cafes is crucial. This involves understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.
  • Developing and Executing Strategies:Creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the business. This may involve collaborating with other teams like marketing and product development.
  • Negotiating Contracts:Leading negotiations with clients regarding pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies.
  • Tracking and Reporting:Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Representing the Company:Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network, promote the company, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Providing Input on Strategy:Offering insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
