(M&E Maintenance & Integrated Facilities Management)

1. Market Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities in M&E maintenance, hard FM, soft FM, and IFM services .
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and client requirements
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand M&E systems, asset condition, service scope, and etc.
3. Proposal, Tender & Bid Management
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders related to M&E maintenance and IFM
Coordinate with operations, engineering, QS, and finance teams to prepare:
Technical proposals
Commercial bids
Method statements and service delivery plans
Prepare costing, pricing models, BOQs, and commercial summaries
Ensure timely submission of compliant and competitive proposals
Attend technical and commercial clarifications with clients/consultants
4. Contract Negotiation
Support negotiations on pricing, scope, SLAs, KPIs, and contract terms
Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational capability
Assist in finalizing service agreements, AMC contracts, and IFM contracts
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and margin objectives
5. Coordination with Operations & Mobilization Support
Handover awarded contracts to operations and engineering teams
Support mobilization activities, including manpower planning, materials, tools, and subcontractors
