The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships, e-commerce development, and retail channel management. This role focuses on developing business strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and exploring new markets to support the company's long-term growth.
1. Business Growth & Strategy
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
Formulate and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
2. E-commerce & Retail Development
Manage and optimise online sales channels including company website and e-commerce marketplaces.
Work with marketing and operations teams to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
Develop retail strategies to increase product reach and sales performance.
3. Partnerships & Corporate Sales
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
Explore collaboration opportunities with brands, event companies, and corporate organisations.
Manage negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements.
4. Sales Performance & Reporting
Track sales performance and business development initiatives.
Prepare business reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business targets are met.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or e-commerce management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and retail operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective business strategies.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
