Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support the development and growth of our partnership ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships that support business expansion, market reach, and long-term value creation.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, comfortable working across functions, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and refine ideal partner profiles through market research and industry analysis

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new partners aligned with business objectives

  • Develop partnership strategies and frameworks to support scalable growth

  • Establish clear objectives, success metrics, and reporting structures for each partnership

  • Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance, refine forecasts, and optimise collaboration models

  • Build strong partner relationships by understanding partner motivations, goals, and operating models

  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve partner engagement and commercial outcomes

  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement materials

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of partnerships

  • Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings, industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs

  • Support negotiations on partnership structures, commercial terms, and execution plans

  • Identify opportunities to expand successful local partnerships into regional or strategic collaborations

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, account management, or related roles

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable with networking and relationship-building at multiple levels
