Business Development Executive

Job title: Business Development Executive (Full-Time) - Vending Machine Site Acquisition

Salary: S$2,200 - S$2,500 per month + S$500 per machine placed

Mighty Mart runs smart, 24/7 unmanned convenience machines across Singapore, in condominiums, offices, schools, factories and hostels.

Our machines are the product. Locations are the business. Your job is to find them.

What you earn

• Base salary of S$2,200 - S$2,500 a month
• S$500 for every machine placed, from your first site
• Uncapped. A site that takes two machines pays S$1,000.
• Transport allowance upon confirmation

A machine counts once the site agreement is signed, the machine is installed and operating, and it is still in place after three months.

How you work

• You choose your targets, your route and your approach
• You negotiate the placement terms the company gives final approval
• One to two days of training on what has worked for us
• After that, you run your own pipeline. No micromanagement.

What we expect

• Five working sites within your first [X months]
• Regular updates on your pipeline

What you will do

• Identify buildings that would benefit from a machine
• Reach the decision-maker: managing agents, MCST councils, facilities, HR or admin managers
• Present the proposition and negotiate terms
• Take each deal to a signed agreement
• Coordinate installation with our operations team

Who we are looking for

• Experience in sales, business development, leasing or property is an advantage, but not required
• Comfortable approaching people you have never met
• Self-driven and organised

Backgrounds that fit well: property agents, leasing executives, managing agent and MCST staff, facilities managers, and anyone who has sold services into buildings.

The role is exclusive to Mighty Mart for vending machine placement.
