Key Responsibilities
. Identify and acquire potential clients via (but not limited to) cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows, career fairs;
. Manage the full sales process :needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and follow-up;
. Prepare client proposals, quotation, contracts, and other documentation;
. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts;
. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
. At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields;
. At least 2 years experience in business development;
. B2B sales experience preferred;
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team;
. Confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from middle management to senior decision-makers.
