Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven individual to drive the growth of our software solutions and franchise business. This role focuses on sales performance, market expansion, and building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Software Growth
- Promote and market the company's software solutions to potential clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upselling
- Gather user feedback and market insights to improve product usability and positioning
- Work closely with internal teams to suggest enhancements and identify opportunities for new solutions
- Support sales and marketing events such as roadshows, exhibitions, and fairs when required
2. Franchise Licensing & Expansion
- Support the growth and expansion of the company's franchise network
- Execute strategies to acquire and onboard new franchisees
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
- Provide guidance to franchisees on operations, customer growth, and performance
- Conduct regular check-ins or visits to ensure brand and operational standards
- Support training and onboarding of new franchisees
- Monitor franchise performance and highlight areas for improvement
Requirements
- At least Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least Experience in sales, business development, or franchise preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with client-facing and relationship management roles
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Able to work on weekends as required
