Job Summary:
Drive strategic account growth by managing key industrial and infrastructure clients, delivering value-driven solutions and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts across core industry verticals, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing consistent support and ownership of customer relationships.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and achieve assigned KPIs and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning as a strategic long-term partner.
- Proactively engage customers to understand evolving needs and translate insights into new business opportunities.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clearly articulate solution value propositions.
- Lead proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals to secure ongoing business.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure solution alignment and seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting to track account performance.
- Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor movements to defend and expand account positioning.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within and beyond existing accounts while representing the organization professionally at all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications sector or a related industrial environment.
- Strong market-driven business development capabilities with proven strategy execution skills.
- Excellent technical presentation and communication skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of AC UPS systems, DC rectifiers, and battery solutions.
- High level of ownership with the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts independently.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and operations teams.
