Role Summary

Job Description

The incumbent represents Mann Filter and WIX Filters brand to our customers. Maintaining and developing new customers / channels, in line with the Company's strategy. Sales planning, business analysis and reporting on a regular basis.

Main Tasks

  • Manage day-to-day activities for assigned territories and to ensure the sales strategies are being implemented
  • Keep track of trends, competition and pricing relationships
  • Survey market by regular visits to Retail shops & garages
  • Identify potentials by finding new channels via market research
  • Generate reports based on findings for business analysis
  • To support key & strategic distributors for customer visits and manage projects for new & existing business growth via utilizing Promotool & Salesforce

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing/ Engineering or any relevant topics
  • At least 2 years experience in Automotive industry
  • Have some basic knowledge on automotive industry
  • Planning and implementation of marketing activities
  • Ability to run and manage projects independently
  • Mobile to travel to other provinces within Indonesia, based on assigned territories
