Identify and evaluate potential high-traffic locations for vending machine placements through on-site visits and data analysis (e.g. footfall, crowd flow, peak hours).
Engage and negotiate directly with landlords, property managers, and venue owners to secure strategic machine placement opportunities.
Assess feasibility of each site by analyzing rental cost, accessibility, power supply availability, and potential return on investment.
Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to ensure long-term site stability and explore future opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. operations and technical teams) to coordinate machine installation and ensure power and logistics readiness.
Track and report performance of placed machines, gather feedback from locations, and adjust strategies to optimize revenue and placement success.
Requirements
Diploma in any field
At least 1 years of experience in sales / business development
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in franchise management and strategic partnerships are a greatest advantage
Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company's target.
Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
