. Support development of marketing materials and sales tools.
. Ensure all activities are cost-efficient and aligned with company financial objectives.
. Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Marketing.
. Coordinate end-to-end processes from order placement to delivery and after-sales service.
. Resolve customer issues by liaising with relevant internal teams.
. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
. Provide reliable post-sales support to customers and to ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
. Monitor customer payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
. Work with the Finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure adherence to proper documentation.
