Job Description

. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to support strategic planning to maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.

. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and budgeting plans.

. Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, events, and referrals.

. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

. Identify and secure new business opportunities in targeted segments.

. Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.

. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals.

. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

. Provide feedback on market insights to improve marketing strategies and branding.

. Support development of marketing materials and sales tools.

. Ensure all activities are cost-efficient and aligned with company financial objectives.

. Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Marketing.

. Coordinate end-to-end processes from order placement to delivery and after-sales service.

. Resolve customer issues by liaising with relevant internal teams.

. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

. Provide reliable post-sales support to customers and to ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain strong customer satisfaction.

. Monitor customer payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices.

. Work with the Finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure adherence to proper documentation.

Job Requirements

. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.

. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

. Proficient in MS Office.
