Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Conduct business development and sales activities, including client meetings, relationship management, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Tendering & Project Support
- Review project specifications, requirements, and tender documents.
- Support the preparation of quotations, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Participate in tender submissions and proposal preparation.
Market & Strategy
- Analyze target markets and industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop customer engagement and market penetration strategies.
Client Coordination
- Manage and support client requirements and inquiries throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate internally to ensure project and customer needs are addressed effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in general industries.
- Experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and Semiconductor industries will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, tendering processes, and engineering requirements.
- Familiarity with M&E contracts and related documentation is preferred.
- Established network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors will be an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving licence required own vehicle preferred.
