Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Conduct business development and sales activities, including client meetings, relationship management, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Tendering & Project Support

  • Review project specifications, requirements, and tender documents.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Participate in tender submissions and proposal preparation.

Market & Strategy

  • Analyze target markets and industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Develop customer engagement and market penetration strategies.

Client Coordination

  • Manage and support client requirements and inquiries throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure project and customer needs are addressed effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience in general industries.
  • Experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and Semiconductor industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, tendering processes, and engineering requirements.
  • Familiarity with M&E contracts and related documentation is preferred.
  • Established network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors will be an advantage.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving licence required own vehicle preferred.
