The Business Development Executive is responsible for pursuing new business patients and company leads for the growth of the Group's multi-disciplinary specialties and current and new patient pool.
These responsibilities involve the following tasks:
Specific duties:
. Engage existing and new partnership channels, including direct patient referrals from insurance agencies, patient concierges and administrators, clinics, and health care providers as well as existing patients,
. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities coordinating business generation activities developing customized targeted sales strategies
. Building business relationships with current and new patients and partners (including GPs, Specialists, Facilities like health screening centers, MRI Centers etc),
. Understanding patient needs and offering solutions and support answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect partners maintaining a database of prospective client information
. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration.
General duties include:
. Collaborating with the Director of business on goals, planning, and forecasting maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
. Build and Drive potentials channels of business,
. Proper sales documentation is produced, handled, and filed in accordance with Company policies and processes.
. Continually develop and improve systems and processes to meet business needs and requirements.
. Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
. To focus on conversions and liaison with new patients
. Directing new or warm patient leads to the respective clinics.
. To have a clear understanding of the reimbursement and patient claim process
. To have a good understanding of basic medical conditions such as referring appropriately to the correct medical professionals
. To liaise with new specialists and medical professionals such as to open new sales and referral channels
. To have a good understanding of the call center function within Livingstone Health and assist where needed
. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

. Degree or Diploma/certificate in Business Management or related discipline, preferably in patient care-related fields such as Third Party Administrator (TPA) companies
