Responsibility
Sales & Business Development - Drive sales growth by engaging customers, promoting lighting solutions, and expanding market reach.
Consultant Collaboration - Partner with lighting consultants, architects, and designers to prepare specifications and deliver product presentations.
Client Engagement - Manage enquiries, conduct site visits, prepare quotations/tenders, and follow up with clients to secure orders.
Solution Delivery - Provide tailored solutions, ensure product understanding, and resolve usage issues effectively.
Project Coordination - Oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors while monitoring progress.
After‑Sales Service - Deliver troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) to ensure client satisfaction.
