Business Development Executive | Lighting Solutions

Work Location: Ubi, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.30pm
Monthly Salary: Base up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + Commission
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

Drive sales and marketing activities, including business development, customer engagement, and promotion of lighting products.
Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and designers to prepare specifications and deliver product presentations.
Handle sales enquiries, conduct site visits, prepare quotations/tenders, and follow up with clients.
Provide solutions to customer needs, ensuring proper product understanding and resolving usage issues.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and monitoring progress.
Deliver after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Marketing or Business
At least 2 years of sales experience in local construction industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
Knowledge in lightning is an added advantage
Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
