Products covered include Travel, Home, Personal Accident, Individual health, Domestic Helper Insurance.The individual will report directly to Manager, Head of Corporate & Lifestyle

A day in the life:

• Provide quotations and other requests relating to personal lines insurance products for our valued clients and partners
• Liaise with insurers on documentation to ensure proper closing of each deal
• Involved in projects to improve the quotation and processing process through the utilization of technology
• Ensure that all claims are processed in a timely manner
• May be involved in projects to improve the quotation process through the utilization of technology
• Work with the team on other administrative tasks

What you need:

- At least a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with good product knowledge and excellent customer service

- BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications are mandatory

- Team player, detail-oriented, and accountability

- Ability to work with tight timelines and under pressure

- Good analytical, communication and time management skills

- A hunger to learn and grow with the firm
