We are expanding into a broader home services ecosystem, including cleaning and formaldehyde removal, and are looking for driven individuals to grow with us.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth while ensuring smooth client onboarding and payment processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, closing deals, and maintaining strong ownership over their accounts from sales through to payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (construction, F&B, property management, commercial clients)
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable pest management solutions
- Handle client enquiries and provide professional advice
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
3. Billing & Invoicing Coordination
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
- Liaise with clients on billing matters, including discrepancies or clarifications
- Work closely with the finance/admin team to ensure proper documentation and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, contracts, and billing schedules
4. Market & Industry Engagement
- Attend networking events, seminars, and industry functions
- Build partnerships with architects, developers, and facility managers
- Stay updated on industry trends, NEA regulations, and competitor offerings
5. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate scheduling and service requirements
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with outdoor sales and site visits
- Basic understanding of invoicing/billing processes is an advantage
- Prior experience in pest control, facilities management, or construction industry is a plus
