We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support our Director, Head of Client Relationship. This role is pivotal in supporting the business development initiatives identifying market opportunities and building relationships with clients in the financial services sectors to provide trust and fiduciary services.

[Your Role & Responsibilities]

Business Development

  • Support the Director, Head of Client Relationship in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the high-net-worth, tax, legal, private bank, and financial services sectors
  • Assist the Director, Head of Client Relationship in all aspects of client service and administrative support
  • Support projects around company initiatives on business development
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, with a focus on promoting the company's trust and fiduciary business
  • Prepare presentation decks and marketing material for client presentation
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for existing clients, leveraging the company's full suite of services, including trustee and corporate services
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative for ongoing support to intermediaries, addressing day-to-day inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships

Onboarding

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client requests and ensure excellent client experience when onboarding clients or intermediaries
  • Work closely with compliance on onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed efficiently

[What We Are Looking For]

Education

  • Diploma in any related field

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services sector in the roles of either business development, client service roles, onboarding, or similar
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior position, compensation will commensurate accordingly with relevant experience in the role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills fluent in English, and Mandarin will be a bonus
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, pro-active team player and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases and business development initiatives simultaneously
  • Highly proactive and diligent in follow up and follow through, with a client-centric mentality
  • General sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with emphasis on sensitive data sharing
  • Experience and understanding of trust structures, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance is a bonus (but not mandatory)
