Job Description
- Provide technical consultation and support to customers, offering tailored solutions across various industries by recommending suitable company products and services.
- Adapt flexibly to meet customer expectations and address unique challenges with professionalism.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Consistently and efficiently secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to client locations (approximately three days per week) to promote and sell products/services across diverse manufacturing and related sectors.
- Develop and coordinate strategic account plans and contribute to the overall territory growth strategy.
- Lead the successful implementation of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Drive market share growth within the assigned sales territory through proactive sales initiatives.
- Organize and support off-site events such as seminars and trade shows when required.
- Operate independently in managing daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
