Business Development Executive

.Job Overview.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on cold calling and client acquisition, helping to expand our client base in the recruitment industry.

.Key Responsibilities.

- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce company services

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment team

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline

.Requirements.

- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)

- Confident, proactive, and comfortable with cold calling

- Sales-driven with a positive and resilient attitude

- Prior sales or business development experience is an advantage (but not required)

.Salary & Benefits.

- Basic salary: $2,800 - $3,200
