Your Role
We are seeking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to work with our Business Development team, expand our footprint in the hospitality sector across mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
Carry out specifying activities with architects, designers, consultants and owners.
Recommend and tailor innovative solutions to meet client needs, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute plan to achieve sales target for designated markets or products.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business cases to management and clients.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or solution selling to end users, either directly or through consultant specifications, or experience within the architectural industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Independent, self driven and results focused with minimal supervision.
Innovative thinker with strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.
Good knowledge of market conditions in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia will be added bonus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
Willing to travel regionally when required.
