Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

. Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their certifications and professional standards development needs and promote our professional services as a solution.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.

. Conduct thorough needs assessments and customize proposals to address the specific requirements of corporate clients.

. Negotiate and finalize proposal and contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favourable to both parties.

. Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.

. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

. 2 - 5 years of working experience. Personnel with no experience also welcome to apply.

. Same industries experience will be advantageous.

. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.

. Proven track record of success in B2B sales

. Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

. Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.

. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

. Singaporean / Malaysian / No work restriction in Singapore may apply.

Employee Remuneration and entitlements:

- Basic Salary (commensurate with experience)

- Performance Incentive (subject to meeting sales KPI)

- Working hour: 9am to 530pm (Monday to Friday)

9am to 1pm (Saturday) (usually online meeting once a month)
