Job Description

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and growing sales for Innotec's security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, AI Solutions, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to deliver the best security solutions.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate to secure projects.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).

Preferred

  • Experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV, or security systems.
  • Knowledge of project sales, tenders, and government procurement is an advantage.
