Our client is a construction and building materials organization and they are looking for a Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior sales professional eager to build their career in a dynamic sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building materials market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
- Support tender submissions, proposals, and presentations to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction/building materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for sales growth.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is an advantage.
