About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result driven Business Development Executive to join the team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with high volume cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
- Identify and qualify leads for advanced solutions that help businesses discover projects and connect with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, building material suppliers, and design firms.
- Update and manage CRM records accurately for all outreach activities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and achieving KPIs.
- 3-5 years experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Knowledge of the construction or building material industry is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
