We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive sales growth. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company's professional hardware supply solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and procurement teams.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote the company's range of professional hardware products to potential and existing clients.
- Sales & Quotation Management: Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
- Account Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable supply solutions.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to client enquiries and resolve any product or supply-related issues.
- Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development progress.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably within hardware supply, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
