As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint across new and existing customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase account value.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and solution proposals to clients.
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Track sales activities, update CRM, and report on pipeline and targets.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer site visits.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue, client acquisition, and activity targets.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in life sciences, biotech, laboratory equipment, or B2B solutions).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Good understanding of customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Background in microbiology, biotechnology, or related sciences.
- Experience working with labs, quality control, or food safety clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
