At Genesis Bioscientific, we specialize in providing innovative microbiology solutions to laboratories, food safety professionals, and scientific institutions. With over 9 years in the industry and over 1000 solutions served, we are on a mission to bring smart, practical, and customized solutions to labs across the region.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint across new and existing customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase account value.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and solution proposals to clients.
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM, and report on pipeline and targets.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer site visits.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue, client acquisition, and activity targets.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in life sciences, biotech, laboratory equipment, or B2B solutions).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Background in microbiology, biotechnology, or related sciences.
  • Experience working with labs, quality control, or food safety clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
