Business Development Executive (Exhibitions)

Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
- Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
- Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
- Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
- Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
- Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
- Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
- Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
